Lesley Bell
A native Coloradan, Lesley moved from Denver to Boulder in 1979. She was active in real estate investment for 10 years before joining her father and sister in 2004 as a Broker Associate. Now she heads the firm as Employing Broker. She consistently goes the extra mile for her clients, shares her knowledge and is accessible and responsive. With an extensive understanding of the market, neighborhoods and market value Lesley is ready to help.

Lili Bell Shelton
Lili is a native Coloradan and a second generation Realtor like her sister Lesley. She started in real estate in 1983 in the metro Denver area. While many know her as the Tennis Pro Emerita and the Wellness and Fitness Director of Mt. Vernon Canyon Club she keeps an on going connection to the current real estate market. A Golden, Lookout Mountain resident for 30 years, she specializes in mountain and greater Denver Metro properties.

Leonard Bell (1922-2016)
The founder of Bell Associates, was a native of Denver Colorado with 60 years experience in commercial and residential real estate as well as mergers and acquisitions. He dealt with major developers in New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, California and Wyoming and completed transactions with Texaco, Chevron, Phillips, McDonalds, and ABC Network. His experience and expertise in negotiation, real estate market research, and ability to analyze current and potential values of residential and commercial property were invaluable resources that were passed on to his daughters. We miss you Dad.
